A big shout-out to Pancham Prashar, Co-Founder, CueBlocks -the go-to ‘resource’ for health and emotional well being of all fellow CueBies at work!
Continuing with a series of sessions on health and wellness, Pancham recently took a session on the human Microbiome and Gut health. With a practical demonstration on how to make Sauerkraut, he stressed on how fermented foods are undeniably good for the gut and immunity!
Talking about emotional wellbeing, Pancham also touched upon the lessons from the book – ‘5 Languages of Love’ and how we should be discussing with our partner/friends our primary language out of these 5.
Thank you for the ever-inspiring evening sessions helping the team at CueBlocks go through this beautiful awakening! Learning how to fill our bodies with key nutritional diet, simple and easy access to a healthier lifestyle.
