International Yoga Day 2019
Bringing some Yoga and mindfulness to work (Cue Blocks Technologies) with fitness experts Mr. Suneet Joshi and Dr. Aman Jain from Amshi, Chandigarh.Â
This International Yoga day was about learning quick chair exercises to relieve stress due to bad work postures, prolonged sitting at workstations, fitness tips and meditation.Â
